Shipping policy
Most orders are shipped within the same working day. However, in some cases shipping may take upto two business days from receiving your order confirmation email. YOnce your order is out for delivery, you will receive an email/SMS notification.
Shipping Rates (Bahrain)
We currently ship locally only.
Local shipping fees are BD2 and does not cover DURRAT AL BAHRAIN. Deliveries to DURRAT may be arranged at additional fees. Please contact us for more information.
Tracking your order:
Once your order is out for delivery, you will receive an email/SMS notification which includes a link to track your parcel. This will be immediately available once your order has been picked up and is out for delivery.
If you haven’t received your order within two working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@divabahrain.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
